Spacial planning for a KITCHEN RENOVATION IN A LARGE FAMILY HOME IN BATH

The brief was to reconfigure the kitchen, utility and garage areas in the downstairs of the house.

The original layout wasn’t working for the owners and they wanted to create a larger area that would be more practical for family life.

We decided on a layout and design that would work for everyone. Spacial planning was sorted using scale drawings and then a document was made that could be shown to potential builders, structural engineers and joiners to get quotes for the work.

This was the initial information and the document the clients needed to get their project off the ground.
